Bhoothnath Returns movie review

Bhoothnath Returns is about a friendly ghost which assists a fearless street kid ‘Akhrot’ and then restores his self confidence. This is a political mockery where the ghost takes on a corrupt political leader and transforms the culture by opposing the elections. Boman Irani plays the villain. It is a delightful combination of dream and humor which delights the audience.

The movie challenges the mediocrity in the first one-half yet doesn’t preserve till completion. Though the movie starts as an enjoyable flight with both Large B and the kid star after a point it ends up being a preachy lecture on social problems. Bhoothnath Returns has it’s own share of rib-tickling and moist-eyed moments also.

The little kid in the brand-new block Parth Bhalerao is truly fantastic. With his mumbaiya jargon and power he has done a terrific job. When he tells Big B that he panics, he just takes the movie to an entire brand-new degree. Parth Bhalerao lugs the very first one-half of the movie matching the power, design and swagger matching to Amitabh.

Big B as an amusing ghost and later on as a political leader validates his performance, although he has actually enabled the children to over energy his personality as the script demands. Boman Irani as a mean, canny politician is a star that is with the tagline ‘talents-unlimited’.

Whatever attach the towering Amitabh Bachchan makes with his viewer is rudely interfered with to suit second-rate tunes or lost sentimentalism in an extended slide show of poignant portraits making Bhoothnath’s return quite a burden in the end.
