Renowned filmmaker Karan Johar today said the Central government should work towards ensuring that the Censor Board certificate is the final law for movies, insulating them from legal cases.
“The present government should ensure that censorship is the final law. If that doesn’t happen, then the filmmakers would continue to be soft targets,” Johar said addressing delegates at the NFDC Film Bazaar on the sidelines of the ongoing International Film Festival of India (IFFI) here.
