‘The OC’ star Mischa Barton has been sued by the producers of a movie, who claim the actress opted to party in Europe instead of shooting the film.
The producers of ‘Promoted’ claim they attempted to contact Barton for a March 4 start date but got no response from the actress, reported TMZ.
They got an email from Barton’s mother, saying, “Mischa is still in Europe and won’t be available until the 20th of this month.
