Comedienne Joan Rivers died from lack of oxygen to her brain during her throat surgery, the New York City medical examiner revealed.
Rivers died last month aged 81 after suffering a cardiac arrest. Earlier, autopsy was said to be inconclusive but now the official cause of the TV host has been found, said The Hollywood Reporter
